Anyone 18 or older with real, practical experience can apply. You don't need an employer, a degree or a job title: self-taught people, freelancers and business owners are welcome.
The steps
- Create an account and confirm your email with the 6-digit code.
- Settings → Mentor: turn on "I want to answer questions", choose your field and set your price (5–2,000 ₾ per question).
- Settings → Verification, in three parts:
- Identity: a quick ID + selfie check with our identity provider, on your phone or computer. See "Verification steps".
- Experience: one form: your title, your field, a few specialty tags, years of experience, your story (100–1,500 characters), a sample answer (150–3,000 characters) and at least one piece of evidence (a link to your work, a website, LinkedIn, a publication, a company, a diploma…).
- Review: press Submit for review. An automatic check runs first, then a person on our team decides.
- Settings → Payouts: add the account holder's name and your Georgian IBAN. You only appear on Wisecall after you're approved and your payout details are saved.
Applying takes about 10 minutes if you have your links ready.
Medicine, law and finance also need a valid licence or registration number, which our team checks in the official register.
Rejected? A person always makes that decision and tells you why. Fix what they mention and apply again. There's no limit. You get an email as soon as it is decided.
