What you earn: for each answered question, the price minus Wisecall's 20% fee. You keep 80%. Example: price 25 ₾ → fee 5 ₾ → you earn 20 ₾. The bank's card fees come out of Wisecall's share, not yours.
When it becomes available: 7 days after the buyer can read your answer (the buyer's window to report a problem). Until then it is on hold, and your Balance shows the date each amount becomes available. For your first 5 answers the 7 days start when our team releases the answer, up to 24 hours after you wrote it.
Your balance: Dashboard → Earnings (and Settings → Payouts) shows:
- Available: yours to withdraw now.
- On hold: still inside the 7 days, or waiting for a reported problem to be decided.
- Requested: in a withdrawal you asked for.
- Paid out: what we have sent you.
- Owed back: if a buyer was refunded after you were paid for that answer; it is deducted from your next withdrawal.
How to withdraw: press Withdraw once your available balance is 100 ₾ or more. You withdraw the whole available amount (minus anything owed back), and you confirm with your password (if you sign in with Google, sign in again first). One request at a time. Our team sends it by bank transfer to the Georgian IBAN in Settings → Payouts, and you get an email with the bank reference. If a request can't be sent, you get an email with the reason and the money is available again.
Closing your mentor account? Then you can withdraw any amount above zero.
What can stop a withdrawal
- The account holder's name must match the name on your ID.
- No withdrawals while your account is suspended or our team is checking something on it.
- After you change your payout details, payouts wait 72 hours, and you get an email about the change.
Taxes: you're responsible for the taxes on what you earn. The Revenue Service or an accountant can tell you what applies to you.
