After a question is answered, you and the mentor can rate each other once: 1–5 stars and a few tags. As the asker, you can also write a review. The mentor can add a private note that only our team sees.
- Double-blind: neither of you sees the other's rating until you've both rated, or 7 days after the answer became readable. Until then you can change yours.
- You can rate for up to 30 days after the answer. You get a friendly reminder after 2 and 6 days.
- A mentor's average, tags and written reviews are public on their profile, with your name and photo, or "Anonymous asker" if your profile isn't public.
- The mentor can reply to your review once, publicly.
- An asker's rating is never shown under 3 ratings; after that only a badge and the most common tags.
Be fair: rate only from your own experience of that question. No insults, threats, personal data, advertising or claims you know are false. Reviews that break these rules are hidden; honest critical reviews stay.
