What they are. A verified mentor hosts a live video session about their field: a Live Q&A (up to 30 people, only the mentor speaks, questions in writing), a Workshop (the same, and the mentor can share their screen) or a Small circle (2 to 8 people, everyone can use camera and microphone). Find them under Live sessions in the footer, on mentors' profiles and on the home page.
Buying a ticket. Open the session, read the rules and press Buy a ticket. Your seat is held for 15 minutes while you pay at the bank. You can send up to 2 questions in advance; the mentor sees them, the other participants see them without your name. You get an email with a calendar file, and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before.
Sold out? Press Join the waiting list. If a seat frees up, the first person waiting gets an email and the seat is kept for them for 2 hours (or until the start). If they do not buy it, it goes to the next person.
Buying for someone else. Tick Buy as a gift and type their email address. They get a link to claim the seat (they sign in or create a free account); the link works once, and you can send it again from Dashboard → Live sessions. You get the receipt. Until the gift is claimed you can cancel it like your own ticket; after that, the person who has it can. Refunds always go back to the card that paid.
Joining. The Join button turns on 10 minutes before the start (Dashboard → Live sessions, or the session page). You join with your camera and microphone off. In a Live Q&A or Workshop, press Raise hand if you want to speak; the mentor can let you. Others see your first name, or "Guest" if you choose to join anonymously. Write your questions in the panel next to the video and press me too on questions you want answered as well.
Refunds. Cancel up to 24 hours before the start for a full refund (Dashboard → Live sessions → Cancel my ticket). If the mentor moves the time, you can cancel until the start. You are refunded automatically if the mentor cancels, if not enough people booked 6 hours before, if the mentor does not join within 15 minutes, if the session is much shorter than planned, or if our team ends it. If you do not attend, the ticket is not refunded. If a session was clearly not as described, use Report a problem with this session on the dashboard within the dispute period.
Following a mentor. Press Follow on a mentor's profile or session page to get an email when they announce a live session — at most one email a week per mentor. Every such email has a link to stop following with one click.
After the session. If you were in the room, you can rate the session once within 14 days (stars and an optional comment, shown without your name), and you get a one-time code for 15 % off a personal question to the same mentor, valid for 30 days (Dashboard → Live sessions, and your Inbox). Type it in Discount code when you ask. The mentor may also send a short summary with links to your Inbox.
Series. A mentor can sell 2 to 6 of their sessions together for less. One payment gives you a seat in every session. If one session is cancelled, you get that session's share back; you can cancel a session yourself up to 24 hours before it starts, for its share.
Replays. Some Live Q&As and Workshops are recorded — the session page says so before you buy, and the room before you join. Only the mentor's video and screen are recorded; your written questions are not in it, and nobody else can be given the microphone. If you had a ticket, you can watch the replay free for 30 days after the session (Dashboard → Live sessions → Watch the replay); others can buy 30 days of watching. If the mentor deletes the replay while your 30 days are running, you get your money back.
Safety. Health, psychology, law and money sessions are educational talks, not a consultation or therapy. If you are in danger or in crisis, call 112. Report a session from its page or from the room; our team can end a session at once and refund everyone. Sessions are not recorded.
For mentors. Dashboard → Live sessions → New session. Your first 3 sessions are checked by our team before they are public. You earn 80 % of each ticket, payable after the usual hold once the session took place (you were there for at least half the planned time).
After a session, send the people who came a summary with up to 5 links (Dashboard → Live sessions). You also see your numbers there — tickets, how many came, earnings, rating, followers — and can download a square picture to share the session on Instagram or Facebook. When someone uses a 15 % code from your session, your 80 % is of the price they actually paid.
