How payment works

  1. You see the price first. Each mentor sets their own price per question, in lari (between 5 ₾ and 2,000 ₾). That's the whole price.
  2. You pay by card on the bank's secure page. When you press the ask button, you go to our bank's payment page (Bank of Georgia or TBC Bank). Wisecall never sees or stores your card number.
  3. Your question is sent only after the bank confirms the payment. Usually that takes a few seconds after you come back to Wisecall. If the page says it's still waiting, leave it open a moment. It checks with the bank by itself.
  4. You have 30 minutes to finish paying. If you cancel, the payment fails or you don't finish, nothing is charged and the question isn't sent. You can try again straight away; your text is still in the box.

Where do I see my question? In your Dashboard → My questions. Unfinished payments are hidden behind "Show unfinished payments" and deleted after 7 days.

Who gets the money? Wisecall holds it until the mentor answers. The mentor gets their share (80%) later, after the answer (see "How mentors get paid"). If the mentor doesn't answer in time, you get it all back.

Currency. You pay in lari. If your card is in another currency, your own bank converts it, and that conversion is outside our control.

Before launch: while Wisecall is in its pre-launch phase, you can't pay yet. You can join the waiting list and we'll email you once.
